Payment Instructions
All tour payments are processed via direct bank transfer. Please read the two-stream structure carefully before remitting funds.
Important — Two Separate Payments Are Required
Every Hawes Partners golf tour involves two distinct payments made to two separate accounts. Please do not combine them into a single transfer. Each payment serves a different legal and financial purpose, as explained below.
Tour Costs
Paid in GBP or EUR — accounts coming soon
Your tour cost covers all vendor payments made on your behalf in Ireland and the United Kingdom — including accommodation, green fees, ground transportation, meals, and event entry fees. These funds are held and disbursed directly to Irish and UK vendors as your agent. This is a pass-through payment; it does not constitute income to Hawes Partners.
GBP & EUR Account Details
Wise GBP and EUR account details will be added here shortly. Please contact chris@hawespartners.com for your tour cost amount and transfer instructions in the meantime.
Payment reference: Please use your surname and tour name as your transfer reference (e.g. SMITH-IRISHSPRING2027). This allows us to match your payment to your registration immediately.
Service Fee
C$1,500 + HST per person — paid in Canadian dollars
The Hawes Partners service fee of C$1,500 + applicable HST per person covers the curation, planning, coordination, and on-tour management of your golf experience. This fee is remitted directly to Hawes Partners and is subject to Canadian HST where applicable.
