Hawes Partners is a premium golf travel and retail company specialising in curated golf experiences in Ireland and Scotland, including the Ireland Hickory Golf Challenge and related travel packages. We also operate an online retail store offering hickory golf equipment and related merchandise.

All golf travel bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Hawes Partners.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be stated at the time of booking.
• Balance payments: The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.
• Cancellations by you: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided and the specific package terms communicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event we must cancel a package, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date where possible.
• Travel insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.

Orders placed through our online store are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Returns: Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Defective items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. We are not liable for any errors or failures attributable to the payment processor.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Hawes Partners or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
