How your trip begins and ends
To avoid flight delays impacting your tour experience, We provide luxury 4star accommodation at an airport hotel upon your arrival (the day prior of the Tour commencement) On the day the tour begins, your Concierge, Driver or host will meet you at your airport hotel and will remain with you throughout your journey. They will ensure all members of the group enjoy their vacation. They will oversee and manage all of the arrangements, including dinner reservations and coordinating caddies, etc. They will return you to the Airport Hotel following your trip.
Deposits and Booking
Each traveler needs to complete a reservation form which provides the necessary information for Hawes Partners to manage your travel plans in addition to clearly outlining the deposit, final payment and cancellation terms amongst other important items.
Payment may be paid by bank or electronic transfer, Credit card. (please note processing fees may apply)
The cost of your trip is guaranteed regardless of any subsequent increase in exchange rates. which is why we price it in the currency of the Trip. £ or €.
We encourage you to purchase trip protection which provides traditional coverage for baggage, accident and cancellation for defined reasons. There are several companies that provide this insurance.
While on the tour
Upon reaching your destination, and throughout your visit, Hawes Partners will be available for assistance. Your tour incorporates the services of a concierge or host, you will have immediate and personal attention always.

That is right. There is no sharing your room with another. Snoring ends friendships or at least strains them so we ensure that everyone has their own private room. *If you are traveling with a spouse, we can still arrange separate rooms if you like.

Your comfort and overall experience is important. All hotels have been personally vetted and have passed our Highest Hawes Standards tests. Forget Trip Advisor. 1/2 those reviews are pure fiction. We have personally stayed in each hotel. Trust us we are picky.

We know where other tour companies fall short.
Moving locations day after day. Packing and unpacking each morning and evening. Long, uneventful bus trips that jostle you from just one golf course after another, the need to rent a car, and ultimately remaining isolated within the group. While some one-night stays are unavoidable, we strive to spend a few days in each location to allow you to feel settled and comfortable.

Arrival Day - Saturday September 19
Because most flights from North America travel overnight and arrive in the AM. We suggest that all guests arrive a day early to acclimatize and relax. You are free to explore and sightsee in Dublin and area on this day. Hotel Accommodation is included for this evening. Airport Hilton or similar. Full tour begins tomorrow.
